This is basically the same Movement that went into many if the Top Tier Seikos like King Seiko but with less movement decoration / finishing. Has the uprated B mech with better date alignment and fine regulator A great TOUGH tool watch with 100M of WR. Solid Stainless bezel much tougher than the bezels with the aluminum inserts. Should last a lifetime. If you KNOW Seiko than you know Orange is a Special Color and almost always the lowest production issued / produced.
